The following rules aim to ensure the safety, comfort, and harmonious stay of all guests at Casa Kalamata. Accepting a reservation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Pets
Pets are allowed. Guests are responsible for the care and cleanliness of their animals during their stay.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. It is only allowed outdoors, with respect to other guests and the property.
Parties and events
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed inside the property.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed during the day, but not for overnight stays, unless previously agreed with the owner and provided that the stated guest capacity of the property is not exceeded.
Children
Children are welcome, but parents or guardians are fully responsible for their supervision and safety.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours apply as per Greek law:
Summer period (1/4 – 30/9): 15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00
Winter period (1/10 – 31/3): 15:30 – 17:30 & 22:00 – 07:30
These hours must be strictly observed.
Number of guests
The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed upon during booking. In case of violation, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay immediately without a refund.
Protection and Security
Security cameras are installed in the outdoor areas of the property to ensure the safety of guests and belongings. There are no cameras indoors.
In the event of a serious violation of the rules, the owner reserves the right to take legal action or involve the insurance company where applicable. In such cases, guests are liable for any costs or damages incurred.
Damages and Breakages
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property, equipment, or common areas. Any damage will be charged additionally and may be deducted from any deposit or require payment. Failure to comply may lead to legal action.
Penalties
In case of a serious or repeated violation of the above rules, the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay early, without a refund.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 15:00 local time and check-out time is 11:00 local time. Early check-in or late check-out is not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the owner and subject to availability.
Services During the Stay
According to Greek law, services such as daily cleaning, linen/towel changes, or breakfast provision are not offered during the stay. The property provides the necessary equipment for guests to self-serve.
